Doctor sab plzz tell after age of 60 which tests we should take once a year to know if we have deficiency of any vitamin, mineral etc in the body. My age is 63 and i am cancer survival also heart patient now. Alhumdolillah i am fine and take prescribed medicine daily including BP medicine. Plzz do reply.

Thanks for sharing these very important information about diet after 60.

I'll complete my 70 in November. I'm on office job. Do walk, almost one hour daily.
I stopped acrobatic exercise and brisk walk after hernia occuranc at right side. I do walk as slow as 1000 steps in 50 minutes or so. I didn't go for hernia operation considering my age as well as couldn't choose most suitable method of open surgery or the other one through two holes camera gided process, I forgot the name.

My BP remains around 140
Uric Acid 77
LDL Cholesterol 172

Please suggest suitable exercise for me.
