Ingredients for 20 pizza sticks:
• 1 Pizza Dough
• 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
• 60 Pepperoni Slices
• 20 Mozzarella Sticks/400 g Mozzarella for Pizza
• 2 tbsp Melted Butter
• Oregano
• Ketchup for dipping

Step 1
Place the dough on a floured surface and cut it in half. Use a rolling pin to stretch the first half of the dough into 0.5 mm thick rectangle. Cut the stretched dough into 10 small and equal rectangles. Grease each rectangle with tomato sauce, approximately 3 tablespoons of it. Place 3 pepperoni slices on each rectangle. You can combine 2 or 3 types of salami.

Step 2
I didn’t find mozzarella sticks but I cut a mozzarella for pizza into thin sticks. In case you have mozzarella sticks, you can skip this part. Add the mozzarella sticks on top of pepperoni slices.

Step 3
Roll up the pizza dough forming the pizza sticks. You can cut the extra dough and reuse it together with the other half of pizza dough.

Step 4
Place the pizza sticks on a prepared baking tray and grease them with melted butter. Sprinkle with oregano on top to give them an extra flavor. Bake the cheesy pepperoni pizza sticks at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown. While the first batch of pizza sticks are in the oven, you can start working the other half of the dough by using the same technique. Serve them with a side of Ketchup sauce for dipping if desired!

So depending on your flour and consistency if you cannot roll it as shown in the video (as i couldnt) then do the following:

Pull from one end out and then drop in the middle, do the other side. Then fold in the other sides press/drape over. Basically no rolling, simply lift tucks and folds.

I'm pretty sure you meant 0.5 centimetres thick? I don't think I can go as thin as 0.5 millimeters with a rolling pin haha
