📖✒️Recept: Mafini sa borovnicama

📌Sastojci:

- 200 g borovnica
- 1 jaje
- 30 g šećera
- 1 vanilin šećer
- 50 g otopljenog putera
- 100 ml jogurta
- 100 g brašna + 1 kašika
- 5 g praška za pecivo
- 100 ml slatke pavlake
- Prstohvat soli

:~~Priprema:

- Mikserom penasto umutite jaje sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom. Dodajte otopljeni puter i jogurt, te sjedinite. Dodajte prosejano brašno pomešano sa praškom za pecivo, prstohvat soli i nastavite mutiti dok se ne dobije ujednačena smesa.
- Borovnice (150g) pospite sa 1 kašikom brašna i lagano umešajte u dobijenu smesu.
- U kalupe za mafine postavite papirne čašice za pečenje i napunite ih pripremljenom smesom.
- Pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 180°C 15-20 minuta, odnosno dok ne porumene. Proverite čačkalicom - ako na njoj ne ostaje trag kada je izvadite, znači da su dovoljno pečeni.
- Nakon što izvadite mafine iz rerne, ostavite ih da se ohlade na sobnoj temperaturi.
- Od 50g borovnica istisnite sok kašikom kroz cediljku.
- Mikserom umutite slatku pavlaku do pola, pa dodajte sok od borovnice i umutite do kraja.
- Dobijenu smesu nanesite na hladne mafine pomoću špric kese za dekoraciju.

📌 Ingredients:

- 200 g blueberries
- 1 egg
- 30 g sugar
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 50 g melted butter
-100 ml yogurt
- 100 g flour + 1 tablespoon
- 5 g baking powder
- 100 ml sweet cream
- A pinch of salt

~~Preparation:

- Using a mixer, beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Add the melted butter and yogurt, and combine. Add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder, salt and continue mixing until a smooth batter is obtained.
- Sprinkle 150 g of blueberries with 1 tablespoon of flour and gently fold them into the batter.
- Line muffin molds with paper baking cups and fill them with the prepared batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Check with a toothpick - if it comes out clean, the muffins are done.
- Once you take the muffins out of the oven, let them cool to room temperature.
- Extract the juice from 50 g of blueberries by pressing them with a spoon through a strainer.
- Whip the sweet cream with a mixer until halfway done, then add the blueberry juice and whip until fully combined.
- Apply the mixture to the cooled muffins using a piping bag for decoration.
