Greek voters return Alexis Tsipras to power

Leftist Syriza is back to power after winning a thumping victory at the polls. Its leader Alexis Tsipras is to be sworn in as prime minister. He won 35 percent in Sunday's Greek national election. Conservative New Democracy got 28 percent. A coalition deal with his former partner, the nationalist Independent Greeks party, gives him a mandate to drive through unpopular reforms agreed under an austerity deal struck with international creditors.
