This card trick is by Steve Belchou and is called Belchou's Aces. It can also be found in Card College as Belchou's Aces Revisited. A version of it is also printed in The Royal Road to Card Magic as The Poker Player's Picnic circa 1948.

Once you know the principle of this card trick, you can also try and create your own presentation idea and how you'd most likely perform it.

amazing video and cook trick! i just have one question, and its how to get the 5, 2 other cards, and 4 aces on the top without just going through the deck and putting them there?

Oh! this is an old school classic 4 ace reveal, or you could also have 4 separate audiences pick a card, control to the top, fake shuffle and reveal those chosen cards.

Excellent demo and explanation. I did this and on one stack the card was a 10 but there were only 9 cards in that stack. Obviously I could have Spectator just take a card or two from the adjacent stack and use those but do you have a slick way to tell them to do that? Or is just saying "Oh no problem just take a few cards from that stack (next one over) and put them on the other three stacks.
