So the old school guys/ farmers were on to something by putting atf in their gas and diesel fuels. makes sense. I know it works wonders on gasser carbs, especially if your storing it for a long time.

I have always just put mine in a ziploc bag and not had any trouble.

Same thing happened to me. I bought a truck from a guy with a seized engine and he pulled the injectors out of the engine and left them in his basement for 3 years before I got it. The injectors were new only 3 months old when he did it. I didn’t know they sat until after the fact but when I took them apart to check them and there was rust in them.

I recommend throwing them in a vacuum seal bag

Be careful with the brake cleaner on your hands!
You probably know this already, but the stuff we use for cleaning parts or degreasing things is toxic as hell.
I use this stuff to and also get my hands covered in oil when working on my truck or motorcycle , but it always comes up in my mind to be careful with the chemical stuff!

You could get really crazy and put them under a vacuum since you have a vacuum pump!!!

Am I the only one that ran in to the garage with a jar and filled it with injectors and atf? 😅
