The moment you order it via takeaway, you need to forgot about the notion that you're guaranteed ultra crispy fries. The fact that it's still relatively crispy after being delivered speaks volumes on the quality of the fries. I'd imagine the many high praises there were from customers who had it fresh whilst dining in.

5:20-5:30 Yes, thank you. I have that happen with food often. There often a HUGE difference between eating right there at the place vs delivery or driving it home (the humidity sogs/softens the crunch).

One thing I've learned this past year since staying inside for most of my meals and ordering takeout is that amazing food really does die on the way. These look amazing, the sauces are great, I'm sure, but it wouldn't hurt to revisit the place in person in the future. I'm confident when the fries come out pipping hot and fresh, they would be absolutely spectacular!
