I do it in another way
1. use the emote
2. click w or move fowards once
3. right after you stop walking click the emote again
4. if you see ur stuck in the walking animation for box its most likely u did it and you can just jump, block or attack
5. if your not in the walking animation just try again!

You can also make it in another way:
1: do the emote
2: walk fowards
3: when you stop walking foward, quickly do the emote again, and then just block or attack

I was literally about to hop into a agame and do it but... What im seeing in the comments is that it got patched did it? Cuase like i treid the pinned comments methods and your method its either im bad or it got probably just bad.

I got an idea that maybe if you had enough friends in 1 lobby you could get them to stand next to each other, then use consecutive punches and normal punch on them to get full ultimate bar instantly. I can't really test it, but once in real pvp situation I hit 3 people at once with normal punch (close range variation) and it filled half of my ult (thats when I got that idea). If this is possible that thats some crazy trolling potential right there.
