let's talk about positive points ( Note  3 3gb Ram / S Pen ) Z Ultra ( Water and dust and shatter proof / Scratch Resistant ) One Max ( boom sound / Finger Print ) if we talk about negative points ( Note 3 plastic ) ( Z Ultra lake flash ) ( One Max poor snapdragon 600 ) so it depends on your opening more than specifications for me myself i say sony xperia z ultra

Z ultra rules them well! It really has a very classy design! And the combination between the aluminum and glass along with the snapdragon 800 and 2 Gb Ram clocking inside it makes it a star!

Sounds like you guys are leaning towards the HTC! That is a flaw the note 3 is a really good setup and when you were talking about the plastic back it does not feel cheap it feels way better then the a note 2.

The back on the black Note 3 has a much nicer feel than the white one. Seems like 2 completely different materials were used.

It should have been snapdraggon 800. Why not just create a slot for the sim card and a slot for the micro sd card ??!! Whats the use of a removable back cover if u can not change the battery ??!!!

HTC One Max would be my choice, it's a pity about the lack of OIS on the One Max hey, I'm not too worried about the fingerprint scanner, future updates will surely improve it's performance. Btw the SD 600 performed basically the same compared to the SD 800 in real world testing on the Max hence the choice.

I can't find a speaker test no where on YouTube for the HTC one max yet Smh. All these spec comparisons, yet nobody did a speaker test yet. That'll be my deciding factor

You people complain so much about the snapdragon 600... Think of the battery life! Highly optimized and refined skin(unlike touch wiz), coupled with a slightly larger battery, and not to mention the slower processor would put the One Max way ahead of the Note 3. You guys have obviously never had one of these phones if you complain about the internals. The 600 series is still EXTREMELY fast, and to be honest you don't need that much horsepower anymore because no apps will utilize its full power.

hard to choose since all of them have pros and cons, I might go with the HTC One Max because of it's sexy metal body and the speakers. I don't really care about specs since I'm not much of a multi-tasking person, I have my PC and tablet for that.

I'd say the note 3 takes the win. HTC one max is just a blown up HTC one which I never liked anyway. Sense just looks weird in my opinion. The Z ultra would have won it if it wasn't so big and had a better camera. Seems more like a small tablet than phablet lol!
