Looking for how to turn on developer options. I see it on this menu but how do you access it once it’s turned on?

I have an issue but first thanks for this video - I am not good at this stuff but recently purchased a new Fire TV and am trying to download Kodi- I'm trying to allow installation of apps from unknown sources, however, when I go to my settings menu (gear box on home page) there is no 'my fire tv' icon -can you help me?
