Moscow Mule

Ingredients

2 ounces Vodka
½ ounce Lime Juice
¼ ounce Simple Syrup
Dash Angostura Bitters
Top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with a wedge of lime

Method

1. Combine the vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and angostura bitters with ice and shake in a Boston Shaker.
2. Double strain into a Collins Glass filled with ice.
3. Top with Ginger Beer.
4. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
5. Serve with a long strawer.
