I love this movie. I'm not sure how much I've watched it. There is an underlying theme here too. It's not just a story about a terrible catastrophe brought on by a nuclear war, but the idea of pure evil and the willingness to give of oneself in the name of love. Incredible movie. It's true. The truth can set you free. The main character is noble in everything he does. It made me remember this: cessation of suffering: it is this noble eightfold path; that is, right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration. The way out of pain.

October 2019, still watching this movie. The concept of sky tower surrounded by the beautiful cloud is just fantastic environment to live and love.

The movie is really amazing. I am huge fan of Sci_Fi and lot of great Sci-Fi movies was made, but this one can be watched over and over. I watched it about 10 times, and every time I can see some new detail in the movie. Also the music score is absolutely priceless. Hat  down to the composer and M83. At the end, must mentioned Tom Cruise for his really fine and smooth role. I think this is one of his best movie. I recommend it.

This movie has a post-apocalyptic fascinating power that keeps leaving me speechless. Its time pattern rooted in a blurred memory is just stunningly universal. More than about the earth, this is about you and me, this is about who we are, or who we think we are. This movie keeps asking each of us: who are you? What lies at the heart of core of it all? Who lies in your unconscious, in your dreams? There is an oniric dimension that brings to life the sleepwalker in each of us. You want to get absorbed in the past and the future at the same time. And of course, M83's score is simply awesome, multiplying the film's undertow.

How can I described this STUNNING music???  This is the music that you would think of when you hear someone say "the music soared"...it's just so emotional and breath-taking...absolutely gorgeous.  (Great movie too.)

I really enjoyed the Oblivion movie, watched it twice in two days, and I was surprised because it seemed like such tom cruise sci fi movie, but this one was very unique, very light, epic overtones, self-realization, very nice music and effects, and I especially appreciate the fact that the soundtrack mixed electronic and orchestral music so well. Very good team effort on this movie. By the way, I love this mix too!

Visually stunning film with excellent production value. The brilliant score gives the film an epic quality. The ending was a bit of a let down because the sacrifice was diminished in favor of a happier ending but nonetheless a solid film. I started out just liking Oblivion, but grew to love it for all the qualities I detail.

Como amante del cine y la música tengo que decir que no hay otra película que me haga sentir tan bien al ver los escenarios, colores, mobiliario, etc... que Oblivion. Además la banda sonora empasta a la perfección con todo lo visual. Tengo que decir que es mi banda sonora favorita por encima de muchas otras de Hans Zimmer que me apasionan o Ennio Morricone y otros genios. La creación de Joseph Trapanese para esta película es inmejorable.
