Lemon pound cake🍋

Ingredients:
Butter - 140g
Sugar- 160g
Eggs - 4
Flour - 160g
Salt- 1/4 tsp
Baking powder- 1/2 tsp
Lemon zest - 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt - 60g

Methods:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Cream butter, sugar and salt until light and fluffy (add in half of sugar then cream well and add in the rest)
3. Beat in the eggs
4. Add in baking powder, flour and lemon zest
5. And mix well
6. Add in yoghurt to the batter
7. Bake for around 30 mins or until golden brown
