You actually give your opinion on what they could have improved on and you praise them when they do it right. you can definitely see why hayley lost her voice a lot during the self titled album cycle. this last cycle was definitely a lot better for her. she’s using a different technique that’s much more sustainable, and even though she lost some of the ‘power’ in her voice, it’s a lot healthier and she’s kept her voice healthier on tour over the last year
