Section of teachers reject calls to return to class

KUPPET branch officials from the Nyanza and Western regions are now calling for the resignation of the national office, following the call to suspend the teacher’s strike on Monday evening. Speaking in Kisumu, the branch officials said that the move was procedural, as only the national governing council has the power to call off a strike.
