Bright, almost boneless, tender, tasty and also extremly low in fat. It's no wonder that pike perch is becoming increasingly popular.

For this dish, fillet of pike perch is seasoned with salt and pepper and fried in oil until golden brown. It should remain a little glassy inside so it doesn't get dry. Parsley potatoes go well with it.

Ingredients:

3-4 fillets of pikeperch
1-1.5 kg of potatoes (I prefer baby potatoes)
1-2 tablespoons of butter
1 bunch of parsley
up to 50 grams of flour
salt
pepper (powder)
5-7 tablespoons of cooking oil
