There's also speculation for another reason. He's seen many children go through a lot of suffering and trauma from very close — he's done more Make-A-Wish fulfillments than anyone else in the organization's history — and it would be difficult for him to have a child knowing the possibility of his own child going through all the suffering he's seen from so many other children.

I want to make it clear that Bella and Cena agreed to not have kids. But when Nikki's sister got a kid, she changed her mind and wanted one. Cena made a pre-nupital. She didn't want to sign it.
