My wife gave it to me on my wedding anniversary and I fell in love just when I saw it ... In light it looks better since the dial is pearly white and the hands look blue. However, in normal light, the dial looks ocher and the hands are black. Even so and everything is a beauty and her bracelet is very beautiful and comfortable. Excellent piece.

This is such a great line. Just around 40mm, great dial, love the hands, and has hand winding. Great minimal watch that can be dressy, sporty, and causal if you change to a strap. Very reliable.

I just picked one up today at my LWS - it was an impulse buy, but it was exactly what I was looking for to pair with a colorful purple sport coat for a wedding in India.

I don't think it has an official nickname - but I'm going to call it the Gin & Tonic. The silver dial is reminiscent of the clear, biting taste of tonic water with quinine. The blue hands remind me of the bottles of Bombay Sapphire and Citadel gins. And the overall crisp look matches the taste of a gin and tonic - which is a simple highball cocktail, less complicated and less expensive than true cocktails - just like the SRPB77 compared to the original SARB065 series cocktail time watches.

It helps, too, that I bought the watch specifically to wear in India, where the gin and tonic cocktail was developed.

I got the sarb065. I wish I had more opportunities to wear it. Unfortunately, my daily outfit is tshirt/shorts. Looks a little odd with that combo, so I usually end up with a G-SHOCK.

Yeah...I agree on the bracelet. I think bracelets look much better than leather straps on dress watches like this model. Not sure why so many want to ditch the classy-looking bracelets for pedestrian-looking leather straps?
