Really enjoyed this teaching !!

It just confirms what I felt the Lord leading me to do several months ago - phase out synthetics in my wardrobe to linen or wool .
We also stopped eating hybridized wheat and now use einkorn instead.

With these simple transitions my family enjoys better health and more energy!

Last year, one of my sisters' told me aluminum depletes magnesium from the body. Magnesium helps our bones, muscles, and heart. There's aluminum in nearly every deodorant sold in stores, but there are a couple that dont have aluminum. After I switched to aluminum free deodorant, the pain in my body was reduced greatly. I thought it's important to share that.
