I hope there is more understanding and compassion for this horrible disease. More and more people are getting it, and the doctors still don’t have the treatments. But there is hope for better future. I don’t have much for my own life at the moment, I’ve become disabled by the effects of Long Covid.

This is all useless, it's all top down from a mindbody chronic stress situation. Thing that helps best is going in deep and try to solve deep trauma. All symptoms will dissappear after that.
