In your diagram, it looks like 1 and 4 for line 1, 2 and 5 for line 2, 3 and 6 for line 3, it will start WYE, but it will not run DELTA.

It's working the same ( Y B R ) or ( R Y B ) it's not wrong

There's no time delay transition between Y and delta connection.

This is just the Power Wiring, not the Control Wiring. This diagram is correct as per the Power Wiring. Even the motor connections are correct.

MOTOR 6 wire leads must not of the same color, In the Delta position( main and delta cb closed) 1 and 6 wires coupled for Line 1, 2 and 4 coupled for Line 2, 3 and 5 coupled for Line 3.
