The new zodiac 2nd skill looks really similar to his dragon tamer skin. They should just preserve his old 2nd skill effect since the starry sky it displays is more suited to the skin theme.

They're trying to Nerf the effects of Galaxy, noticed in every reworked or revamped zodiac skin. They removed the galaxy theme but added lots of details.
