The shell is comfortable indeed. I can sleep on a side wearing these. And I like the sound signature. Not perfect but good enough. It replaced Meze Alba for me, especially because it has resin shell. I picked black version.

I really got bit hard by the "planar bug". Am actually planning to get myself an S12PRO, which according to you, is what to get when looking for the full-on planar-magnetic experience.
And by the way, been playing around with the bass eq on the PRX, and boy oh boy! I'm really loving that nice textured rumble(and minus that feeling of congestion).
So I'm thinking, if this is what it's like on the PRX, then I wonder what it'd be like on the S12PRO?

...or maybe some new planar-magnetic that will be released next year.

Hey Paul, how would you say this compares to the Vivace if I was looking for a set that presents male vocals naturally yet still pretty realistically?

I was considering this set, the Vivace, and possibly the G10 for male vocals that are accurate and clear yet still a bit smooth without having *too much warmth.

Any recommendations you could give in this regard or any sets that might do it best around $30-40?

DMDC, which found in EA500 LM too. I'm eager to get EA500 LM, but soooo much hate from reviewers. WhatsNew : "just straight up wrong". make me unable to checkout my cart. but the bass from the youtube demo, really dynamic, if i hear it right.
