Gotta beef hanging and aging right now. Delivery in two weeks. Pig coming right after that. Just added a fourth deep freezer. Garden all canned up. Couple hundred pounds each of flour sugar and corn meal. Ran two trot lines a few times and got around hundred and fifty pounds of flathead in the freezer too. Two wells on property with hand pumps. Just a little of what we've worked up to slowly over last couple years. Not to mention all store bought canned goods, beans, noodles, speghetti ect. My wife and sons are trained up dead eyes with our boom sticks with plenty of freedom seeds. Just installed wood stove this week and had our first fire last night. It's about here folks so get spiritually fit. 🙏

Great & insightful video. I've always been amazed the ingredients that are allowed in food in the U.S. but not in other countries! Example the ingredients in yogurt in U.S. full of sugar, chemicals, red dye # such & such; whereas in France it's cream, real fruit, ect.
I see most preppers saying just buy what you can like spam & ramen noodles but that nutrition won't keep you sustained long term. That's why it's good to have those types of cheaper foods but also more nutritious & less chemically laden foods too. I feel it should be a balance especially w/ the rising cost of food, organic everything isn't possible for most but half is better than none.

thank you for bringing up these chemical factors. most people, who stockpile emergency food rotate their stock before it expires. that means, in a non emergency they will be consuming these foods on a regular basis. people assume that because the fda allows something to be labeled as food, it's safe to eat. regular consumption of toxic chemicals will cause disease processes in the body.

Thank you for excellent information once again! Agree to buy what you eat, picking up as you go shopping. Bear Independent mentioned a caloric intake for men during a crisis event averages around 3200 calories. He said 1 lb of dried corn, 1 lb of dried rice, 1 lb of dried beans, 1 lb of wheat equals 3200 calories per day. I’d add to get the spices and fats you need too.
