Why I changed from CelFi-Go to a Teltonica Rut 11 and Mimo Antenna

Though this may be useful, I recently switched from a CelFiGo 3/4G voice booster to a Teltonica Rut 11 3/4G Router and Mimo Antenna. I have not looked back. Yes, I know it's not Starlink, but at this stage, it's sufficient for my needs and way better than my replaced CelFiGo.

Disclaimer: I researched a better solution and contacted RF Shop in South Australia, who provided brilliant advice and Rut 11 and Poynting antenna for review and testing purposes.

Starlink min will be out soon and they are also going to be starting to link phones into a cel sat system

When you eventually get starlink you can integrate it into the RUTX11 with failover so that when you lose 4g/cellular it will failover to starlink and you wont have to connect to different networks etc

🤔 But 3G will be gone soon. Need to boost 4 & 5G.
Starlink will be offering Optus text messages this year then voice next. This will probably happen with Telstra also.
Starlink speeds can be up to 250mbps down but I believe the cost in Australia is around $179 for mobile use.
