Love this guy's presentations, with great video....but while state agents are selling you all the good features...i'd be thinking; check the fire safety regs for the entire building, do any of the windows open ? What is the elevator and staircases like ? Cell fone interference from high winds ?
Would need very effective air conditioning to cool the place in hot weather etc. ☺️🌱👌
