Could you consider an audience generated question bank? Create a system where each participant has to contribute x number of review questions with four multiple choice answers and a reference to where on the ninja nerd website the information can be found. Then create a rating system for each question. You could then follow up with a spaced repetition design that helps students focus on questions they got wrong. It'd be self generating and almost self moderating.
