I have used tons of different tools to create websites and while it would be nice if there was someone you could call directly, it would probably make the cost of the builder a lot more, which I think is extremely reasonable for what it does. I also have never dealt with a company that has so many great resources that they constantly create and make available to its users, like these videos. It is a fantastic resource that some may not appreciate if they have not been building websites as long as I have (About 20 years). I also appreciate how proactive they are at creating new themes, new videos, tutorials galore and much much more. I have had to use the tech support at least 10 times and I always get an answer to my satisfaction. Hang in there, I think you will find this is the best tool for you:)
