Are you talking about how Lily and Manny didn't need shots? I think Jared and Kristina were real kids because they didn't grow any hair. Manny just disappeared, but I assume he was a dog. I know Lily was, because when Larry asked if the other kids were growing hair, Lily went quiet and when he asked her again, she wouldn't talk about it and then he saw her as a dog soon after. I notice the dogs all chase Larry, but when Lily tells them to go away, they do. So I have to wonder about that, too. What do the dogs want with Larry, but not with Lily? They're both dogs underneath it all. Actually, some people used to make fun of this ending, by referring to it as "They're all dogs, or something."
