Drexler was such a great passer off the dribble; his décisions on the break were incredibly accurate

god I use to want 22 to beat 23 so bad. These were the best matches. Dexler is still my fav player ever as a kid....

Drexler was good on the fast break as anyone in the history of the nba. He runs fast 100 miles per hour like a running back in the nfl going for the end zone. He put so much pressure on the defense whether he passed it or finished it off

The Glide in the open court is a sight to behold, what a superb athlete, those fast breaking Trail Blazers were fun to watch, great upload MJ23!

This is like watching Jordan play against himself

The NBA at that time was much more competitive than today's NBA....better star players too!

Drexler vs Jordan - Blazers vs Bulls - legendary timeless matchup that never gets old. Pippen made a big difference in the finals, that's like having the best defender possible to guard Clyde - not to downplay MJ s greatness. This is what made me love the NBA

I really think Clyde is every bit as comparable as Jordan. What lost the championships for the Blazers were last minute chokes by Cliff Robinson, and sadly Jerome Kersey with bad decisions. I remember watching those turnovers happen with a few minutes left in the very close games and it turned the tables. While Clyde didn't quite have the hang time Jordan did, his moves in the paint to roll the ball in and avoid a block were every bit as impressive as Jordan's.

Would've been a better finals that year if the Lakers hadn't upset the Blazers in the Western conference finals.

Just saw an article said Clyde had knee problems when MJ lit him up in the Finals, so I had to see what the Glyde was like pre injury...I'm impressed, he don't get his due

Clyde Drexler was a generous teammate and a true gentleman off the court. He and Kiki were in a restaurant and I asked for an autograph and they asked me to join them after I said He was my son's idol and my son was a great young player. We chatted for 20 minutes and Clyde loved hearing that my son wished we lived next door to him... I added "I wish that too, cuz we'd live in a better neighborhood!" He loved that. My son still has those autographs, truly treasures them. Thank you, Clyde Drexler, for being an exemplary role model and for years of truly amazing basketball!

Who is here after Mike said being compared to Clyde was offensive. Clyde was by far the 2nd best SG in the league in the 90s

Man, basketball back then was so epic. Most times in this era of basketball everyone just tried to get the ball in the basket, and block the ball from getting into the basket. It was almost as simple as that, and it was awesome. Also, it makes me sad this video is 9:59, just exactly 9:59, it makes me upset when I see something like that lol

It's crazy how fast paced, , athletic and scrappy you had to be on this era.
Now a days basketball seems more organized, probably due the spacing created by shooters, and less agressive on fastbreaks.

Why those Trail Blazers weren't able to play with such passion, speed and creativity one and a half year later in the '92 Finals?
