technically, Trash And The Gang would still cost something. I've estimated their costs and they are definitely not expensive.
These costs aren't completely accurate, but they're probably close.

Pan Stan- $50.00(A Broom, Rope, and a Frying Pan)

Mr. Can-Do- $32.00(A Metal Garbage bin and A balloon)

The mediocre melodies are literally powered by car batteries. They are the fnaf 1 animatronics with diffrent casing and external power.

The Rockstars are just the toys but less advanced ai wise, but lefty is basically just a suped up toy animatronic

Some things to note for Circus Baby:

She can sing. She can dance. She's equipped with a built-in helium tank for inflating balloons right at her fingertips. She can take song requests. She can even dispense ice cream. (Although that last one was already covered.)

Feel like you're really low balling Sun/Moon. From Help Wanted 2 they seem just as intelligent and self aware as the Glamrocks. They are intended to work as extra security around the Pizzaplex, plus the Glams get all dirty and cracked over the course of one night while Sun/Moon look fine, so they're probably more durable than the Glams too. Not to mention how flexible they are and their hook attachment that lets them practically fly across the daycare.

for the itp animatronics, considering they all have fleshy monsters inside instead of endos would only really mean that youre paying for their casing, which cant be more than 20-30k

Now here’s a challenge: calculate the worth of each FNaF location, from the FNAF 1 pizzeria to Fazbear Frights to Circus Baby’s Rental to The Pizzaplex. Five bucks theyd be more expensive than the animatronics, especially the pizzaplex

Golden Freddy would be the most expensive because since he can teleport anywhere and travel through dimensions and space time, he’s easily worth at least a million dollars.

Another comment already mentioned it, but I will write here my only objection: I honestly think the Daycare Attendant would be either the same or more expensive than the glamrocks. 1) they can fly; 2) they can CLIMB WALLS (the endos can too, without a casing to weight them down. But they're nowhere near as flexible, which brings us to-); 3) they are the most flexible of all, with perhaps Ennard being just as flexible due to... looking like that; 4)their battery is probably more expensive, since they are the only ones around children for the entire day without breaks, plus it having to be a different model due to their slimmer size (and there's a theory that in the original Security Breach, before the game got chopped down, the Freddy battery upgrade actually came from them - but that's not in the final game so scrap it); 5) whatever system they have in their body to swap colours, plus the added technologically advanced clothes, would rise the price significantly (no simple casing here); 6) their recognition systems are canonically more advanced, since they're the only ones (along with Vanny) not fooled by getting into Freddy. You could argue this would raise the price on Foxy and the Puppet in FNAF 2; 7) their endo is its own special line, since clearly the ones we see wouldn't fit.

Conclusion: the damned nanny bot is not the most expensive animatronic simply because DJ Music Man exists. Sorry, I gave this way too much thought lmao

As the one person who would have been interested to see the Nightmares for this, I understand skipping over FNaF4 since real or not there really isn't anything clear to work off of and the cost would likely amount to the same for most of them anyway.
