1. Moisturize
2. Dot foundation on your skin while the Moisturizer is still wet
3. Rub it in with your hands
4. Pat it in with a Beauty blender

No we haven’t all wanted to be Justin Bieber’s wife, I don’t really follow him lately but last I checked nothing about him suggested “good husband material” aside from being rich but that doesn’t equal good husband.
Anyway that’s interesting, the part mixing luminous primer w liquid blush before foundation. Also spraying your face again after applying foundation but before blending. I have Mac face & body sheer radiance foundation which is light and sheer and perfect for me and I’d like to experiment a bit more with doing makeup kinda “in reverse” like blush and glow before foundation, etc. - supposedly gives a “glowing from within” look but I haven’t practiced enough. I do love a good liquid/cream blush and something luminous. I wonder if the face&body sheer radiance is too dewy for the step of spraying something like fix+ before mixing. Hmmm…..
