Flux vibration granulator

In the spiral welded pipe industry, which is mainly composed of metal welded parts, submerged arc automatic welding is usually used. Flux is an indispensable welding material for submerged arc automatic welding. Residual flux that has not dissolved after normal use requires re-separation and magnetic separation.
The vibrating screen of the device adopts a wooden frame structure, which reduces the noise during vibration and prolongs the service life of the vibrating screen. The recovered flux is injected into the feed port, and the flux can be automatically divided into four types: coarse, fine, sundries and finished products, and flow into their respective outlets.
The recovered flux flows out from the front side flux outlet through the magnetic roller. Various iron filings and magnetic materials are separated from the flux and flow out from the rear side outlet to improve the quality of the flux.
