The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 is Samsung's first Intel-based tablet to hit shelves. Under the hood, however, it's nothing too impressive. It has 1GB RAM, either 16 or 32GB built-in storage, a 10.1-inch display at 1,280 by 800 pixel resolution, and a 6,800mAh battery. The 16GB model starts at $399.

A Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 arrived in our labs today, so we gave it the unboxing treatment as usual! Check it out!

This is a different beast. We'll have to see how it stacks up before we throw our arms in the air. ^TM

I just want to know do the videos go up and down for these guys when a certain product is rumored or due out. Say were the views booming during the s4 and htc 1 and have they dropped off afterwards?

Are these sold worldwide? They wouldn't sell those in other places then the US with the 10.1 inch label, would they? (considering other places don't use inches)

Because it's Intel. It's a dual core Atom with hyper-threading, which is actually pretty decent when compared to the ARM based processors that we usually see in phones or tablets.

I have the galaxy tab sph100 7" tab. I have not seen a flash on the galaxy tab serious done that model. My tablet takers better pix in low light settings compared to the GT2.... Any thoughts on why the flash was eliminated.

its nice to see that samsung is incorporating design aspects from their flagship smartphone. it will make people who bought the phone more likely to buy the tablet.

Intel atom means x86, so we can hope some guys will make it possible to run windows on it. Also for all of you guys complaining about 'only dual core' - x86 architecture is way more powerful than ARM, hell even your i3 and most i5 core based laptops are only dual core.

However, I do like that Samsung is starting to use a consistent design across all their flagship products.

Well, aside from the processor (and a slightly smaller battery), nothing really changed in a year's time. ^TM
