CTO MASIXOLE MAKWETU EPWP

The Western Cape Government Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport's EPWP programme made it possible for Masixole Makwetu to join CTO's marketing department in 2015. Masixole flourished in this department and has subsequently moved to CTO's Youth Development and Education department, where he is instrumental in introducing young learners to opera.
