My experience from following probably all mindfullness activities for a whole year:
I lost weight, I walked tall, I had confidence in my speech, I was killing it at work getting multiple great opportunities, I was productive at home doing all chores, probably doubled my arm size in muscle, and I almost took my own life out of anxiety and depression.

Today I live much better with myself not doing 1/10 of all that

Don’t try to be so perfect, because no one can reach perfection, and you will hate yourself as a result of trying.

Be yourself, and don’t be hard on you for being yourself

I am a 27 year old man and I dont have any driends or talk to any females right now. All i do is work my two jobs and read books. I honestly want to see the beat version of my self before i expire and be philanthropic before my expiration. I want to be a professional day trader and currently i am saving 3, 000 monthly so I can hopefully one day start my own prop firm or at least a version of that!!
