BLACK PEPPER CHICKEN (4 – 5 SERVINGS)

INGREDIENTS:
500g Chicken (cut into cube)
1 Onion (medium size cut into wedges)
25g Spring Onion (cut)
4 tablespoon Cooking Oil
50ml (¼ cup) Water
1 packet SERI-AJI® Black Pepper Seasoning

PREPARATION STEP:
1. Pre-mix SERI-AJI® Black Pepper Seasoning with 50 ml (¼ cup) water.

COOKING METHODS:
1. Heat oil and stir-fry the chicken for a while.
2. Add in the pre-mixed SERI-AJI® Black Pepper Seasoning, red onion and spring onion.
3. Stir-fry until it is well done. Serve while hot.


AYAM MASAK LADA HITAM (4 – 5 HIDANGAN)

BAHAN-BAHAN:
500gm Ayam (dipotong dadu)
1 biji Bawang Besar - Saiz Serdahana (dipotong wedges)
25gm Daun Bawang (dihiris)
4 sudu besar Minyak
50ml (¼ cawan) Air
1 peket SERI-AJI® Perencah Masak Lada Hitam

CARA PENYEDIAAN:
1. Larutkan SERI-AJI® Perencah Masak Lada Hitam dengan 50ml (¼ cawan) air.

CARA MEMASAK:
1. Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan ayam seketika.
2. Masukkan larutan SERI-AJI® Perencah Masak Lada Hitam, bawang besar dan daun bawang.
3. Goreng sehingga ayam masak. Hidangkan semasa panas.
