Looks amazing! The only thing that concerns me is not having the oem threshold. Doesn’t that leave the floor edges exposed and to eventually be stepped on and frayed?

Nice looking floor, need to see the layers. is there some room left for air circulation under the floor, between the chassis and sub-floor? How strong is the composite floor to screw the cabinets to it?

Can y’all machine the mini cell without the composite backing?
I’m looking into doing a mini cell sub floor and would definitely prefer a one piece setup.

How thick are these floors? I'm 5'10'' and considering a 130 MR. Is there a good way to do the ceiling with this floor to get standing height in the middle of the van?

Is this floor strong enough for commercial work? My van does double duty, work and play. Thinking of advantex with 1/2” foam but that would be three pieces.
