Congratulations! I’ve been gone awhile. I will have to look at the old videos to see how everything has gone. Oh wow does Luis still have a home in the town? It’s a great property. And great idea. Just fix up the roof and maybe build an outhouse with compost toilet and shower. Perfect place for your volunteers. In my neighborhood we have a fellow that has bought a few houses and has fixed them up and rented them out. He lives on one of the properties as well. We call him the mayor of our street since he is slowly buying up the derelict houses. 😂 You are the unofficial major of your ghost town. Congratulations!🎉

Congrats on this one Jasper! I believe you did a great deal. You and the sellers of course. If the house was empty and with no maintenance, you can bring it back to its former glory and plans for the future is the future. Thats what life is all about.
I see a lot of potential there. Even if you have "to share" you part of the garden for a while .
The extra toys you found inside of the so called garage came in pretty handy, uh?
