Ark Solo Vellum Fail (NA Reboot)

Teraburned Ark fails to solo cvell. I'm getting pretty close but couldn't squeeze in enough damage and I know I could do it with more optimal play. Might show this to Scardor for some tips.

I could also wait until I hit 215/220 for more wiggle room (between the nodes, matrix points, and the extra symbol. I won't be putting the weapon on this guy), but I don't think I NEED it.
