Dio is able to transform people into any species of Felidae order. With smaller species taking 2-5 seconds to transform and larger onese 5-10 seconds. However Dio is unable to completely control the Stands effect on himself. Often ending up as random species of cat and being much more animalistic.

People transformed by 「Cat People」will be at the physical peak of whatever species they are transformed into. The stands weaknesses are anything that can harm a cat
