Well it’s a well done video and thanks for the happy Canada wishes but my daughter and her husband are stuck at the airport in TO today because their8 o’clock am Vancouver flight was cancelled ‘due to maintenance’ whatever that means, then their next flight was going to be delayed in Calgary and they were going to miss their connecting flight and so it has actually been a difficult Canada Day. They were just informed they have the two last seats on another flight that hopefully will work out. I feel for everyone, cannot be easy to be the agent who has to tell all of these people, sorry, flight cancelled and it sure isn’t easy being on the other end of that either. Hopefully this one works, I’d still like to be able to believe that Air Canada is the best way to fly. Thank you to the employee who put the effort into finding a solution. Happy Canada Day to you.
