Boarder pass is slow to use. My friend is just about to give up on her admission after going through almost 100% of the process due to a lack of communication from boardetpass which has stressed her put for months. She has gotten her attestation letter and was only awaiting her Visa but the process keeps stressing her out.

I've my LOA from Centennial College to study Global Business Mgt, (may intake). I'm yet to get my PAL. When I requested, school sent a mail I should defer to the next intake. I've sent a mail on 2 occasions trying to defer to Sept, but I keep getting same response that "to defer an intake, I've to provide my Visa submission date & acknowledgement received from IRCC". But then again I can't apply for a Visa yet without a PAL. Advice needed please 🙏

Hello centennial, l've gotten a mail from centennial stating that l've gotten my PAL since may 6th but on my BorderPass document vault, it's still showing incomplete till now and l've uploaded the other required documents, please what's wrong or what should I do I'm for September intake

Don't you send pdf or copy of PAL for student email besides BordePass account. In my BorderPass account has mentioned that my PAL is completed but, cannot open it. How can I get access to open Document vault of BorderPass? My process has stopped without PAL.
