The time taken by our judicial system to address the cases should be reduced for sure. For the same, there is an urgent need for high experience judges who can make fair decisions and provide justice. But, the important changes that should be done are ignored.

Issue of transparency in appointment of judges is more important than the issue of increasing the retirement age. Just imagine a wrong judge being there on bench for ever....
Collegium system must be replaced. If US system of retirement is applied then their procedure of appointment of judges also must be applied
