Yes Dr Hyman! Great speech! Our food industry needs to change or the health crisis that we are in will only get worse. Someone I recently heard are currently in a slow motion plaque, millions die from chronic degenerative disease every year on this planet. Why? It’s what we put in our mouths. It’s the bombardment of processed foods and sugary drinks. It’s the lack of education when it comes to diet and proper nutrition. We need to educate the young in school about the importance proper diet. Unfortunately, the food industry is all about greed and don’t care if the food or beverage they sell is killing people in slow motion. It may not kill them after one big Mac or coke but continuous dietary habits will make them sick eventually. We need more doctors like Dr Hyman to speak up and demand change.

Of all the videos you have made, this recording of your very inspirational speech, has by far had the most emotional resonance with me. Words cannot express the level of gratitude I feel for you spreading this message. Our media focuses on so many threats - from gun violence, government machinations, global terrorism, etc. - and yet little is spoken about what is, statistically, the biggest threat to our quality of life and to life itself.
