Pentax for me. I noticed increased dynamic range, colour depth and resolution with the Pentax. Extra dynamic range was particularly noticeable on your skin tone for the interior shots with the Pentax.

The Pentax looks better to me, the Olympus looks too contrasty in my opinion. The image stabilisation isn't particularly great on either but the Olympus edges out the Pentax slightly in that aspect. 😊

The Pentax isn't as bad as some people say. Personally I use Olympus bodies and adapt Pentax lenses on them. I would like to pick up either the K-70, KP, or maybe the K-1 mkii

Olympus OM-D E-M10 mark i was released in 2014.
You should have gone with the mark ii, or the E-M5II as they were made in the 2015-2016 timeline with the K-70 (2016).

Olympus. Better movie and, surprisingly, better image quality after the edit.

I've got the k70 but the video is not the greatest thing this camera can do. I prefere the olympus for the video, but if you got the 55-300 plm for the k70 you will get a better video image.
I got the 12-24mm, the 50mm, the 18-135mm and the 55-300mm plm. The best for video is the 55-300 plm because of the focus speed. It's much smoother than the others.
Last words, for the video, don't get the k70.

I have a Olympus Tg5 and a Pentax k70 . The Olympus tg5 in some ways takes better shots . I'm not unhappy with the k70 but it makes you think what buying a camera is all about.
