So recently I hopped off a coaching call with a client who was complaining that she starts her day off like Wonder Woman but come 3 o’clock she feels like sleeping beauty.
Even after all the new healthy lifestyle habits she’s implemented to support her ‘win the day first mantra’... In the afternoons she still seems to suffer from the afternoon energy crash leaving her feeling exhausted, drained, and craving an espresso IV.

In fact, according to the CDC U.S. CDC (Center for Disease Control) it’s reported that “1 in 3 (30%) Americans suffer from sleep deprivation.”
