3. EM WAVE / LIGHT - I show how Maxwell's Equations predict the existence if light waves.
4. THE NON-INVARIANCE OF MAXWELL'S EQUATIONS (under GT) - I finally show how the Maxwell's Equations are not invariant under similar Galilean Transformations when going from one frame if reference to another.
