What is Galilean invariance? Do Maxwell's Equations retain their form in different frames of reference?

In this video and the next, I discuss the major issues, contradictions that lead to the culmination of the Special Theory of Relativity.

Following concepts are covered:

1. THE GALILEAN INVARIANCE OF NEWTON'S LAWS - I show how Newton's Second law is invariant under Galilean transformations
2. MAXWELL'S EQUATIONS
3. EM WAVE / LIGHT - I show how Maxwell's Equations predict the existence if light waves.
4. THE NON-INVARIANCE OF MAXWELL'S EQUATIONS (under GT) - I finally show how the Maxwell's Equations are not invariant under similar Galilean Transformations when going from one frame if reference to another.
