I find that most restaurants will do this if you ask. Starbucks doesn't have milk on the menu but if you ask for a cup they give it to you. Cheesecake factory doesn't have hard Boiled eggs on the menu but if you ask they give you some. Burger King isn't the only place you can have it your way

Gotta admit, I didn't know a light saber was needed to make shepherd's pie.

The man hesitated to say yes about the saber, thinking it a bad idea to give a functioning sci fi movie weapon to a random customer. But they had one, and Peter seemed to know what he wanted, so the guy probably respected Peter for it, and gave him exactly what he ordered.
