Japan has already done this with their mag-lev train. It’s a feasible concept but the infrastructure would require so much change to everything such as sidewalks, traffic lights, any metal near the rails, etc. that it isn’t cost effective at this point. Japan built the best train system in the world because they were given a clean slate to build the infrastructure around such an idea.

It would have to be inclosed with a barrier that keeps foreign materials away from it collection of unwanted other things. The magnetic part, would have to be very thin or narrow for a channel to be tempered and almost connected. Almost like a rail. That actually isn't connected. Just as a force to propelling. He'd be making use of his Tunnel machine.
